For Houston listings that’s HAR Rule 1.25.1: virtual staging limited to furnishings and wall décor, clearly indicated in the Photo Description.

How fast is the 24 hours, exactly?

The clock starts when usable original photos are in hand. Order, complete the 2-minute intake form, upload your originals — the staged set and disclosure pack are in your inbox within 24 hours. Team Plan orders run on a 12-hour priority clock.

What do you never change in a photo?

Walls, floors, fixtures, windows, views — and defects, ever. StageTX adds furnishings and wall décor only, the standard HAR Rule 1.25.1 sets for Houston listings. If a request would cross that line, we decline it in writing and cite the rule.

What if my photos are not good enough?

We reply the same day with exactly what to fix — the clock starts when usable originals arrive. We would rather tell you than stage a photo badly.

Are revisions included?

One regen round per photo is included — furniture, décor, layout, or style adjustments within the furnishings-only rule.

Who owns the photos?

You do. We work only from originals you supply; the staged versions are delivered for your listing, with your unaltered originals paired alongside.

Which listings do you serve?

Vacant listings in Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. Before the first paid delivery in a new MLS, we verify that MLS’s current virtual-staging rule and use its exact required wording if it differs from our standard pack.

Do we ever need to get on a call?
